A fantastic new vibrant deep purple/red mid-season brussels sprout hybrid that is perfect for Christmas harvest. This new variety is very winter hardy and has a mild sweet and nutty flavour; TZ 7598 retains its deep colour with lighter cooking, including steaming, and is also great drizzled with oil, halved and lightly roasted. Harvest Nov-Feb from an April sowing. A red Brussel Sprout on your Christmas dinner plate, what could be better!
