Polestar Runner Bean

Salmon-coloured edible flowers come out in big numbers which turn into bunches of stringless beans reaching an impressive 25cm (10in) in length. Pick them young if you like tender and sweet beans as well as a contiuous crop. Polestar keeps its vigour throughout the season and the flowers set very easily whatever the weather and when pollinator (bees and flies) numbers are low.
