Humic Acid improves soil structure, increases nutrient uptake, and stimulates root development. The general application rate is 2 to 5ml per litre of water as a soil drench; apply at the base of the plant every two to four weeks during early growth. Humic Acid is highly efficient when applied directly to the soil, where it can interact with the root zone. It enhances nutrient uptake by acting as a natural chelator, unlocking tightly bound micro nutrients in the soil, stimulating root branching, and increasing overall fertiliser efficiency.
It can be used as a foliar spray at up to 2ml per litre of water, mist spray during cloudy days or early morning to avoid leaf scorch.
