A hybrid onion that’s bred to grow to a large size and grown well will be suitable for onions between 1 Kg and 1.5 kg, possibly even larger.  Sow around Christmas time to gain the optimum size. This onion has a great globular shape with a high shoulder and possesses lovely veining on the skin.
