Welcome to our 2025 – 2026 Seed, Plant and Sundries catalogue. Firstly, I would like to thank all our existing loyal customers, some who have been with us for many years for your continued custom. We hope you have enjoyed growing, eating and possibly exhibiting our vegetables at your local shows as well as at National level. Please do visit our website and online shop as it could contain new cultivars as well as other items that I select as and when they come on the market which may not be available in our printed seed catalogue.
As a Trial, and by request, we are continuing with our Leek and Onion plants for Collection in One litre pot for 2026. Full details inside.
Every year we source new varieties of vegetables, and these will be highlighted with a star alongside them. We are continuing with our ‘Premium’ range of Plants that are posted out to you via First Class Post in strong cardboard boxes They are grown in the largest size Jiffy Seven pellets, and each individual plant is wrapped up in a polythene bag and stuck to the end of the box to minimise any damage. On receipt they will be ready for potting on into 4- or 5-inch pots. Seedlings will be posted in strong plastic containers to alleviate any damage through the postal system.
Two free packets of a potential new culinary and/or show bench variety will be given with every order over £150.00, placed before 1st March 2026. Seed orders will be posted to customers as soon as possible but could be delayed until some fresh seed stocks are to hand. All orders received by mid-December will be posted before Christmas. No seed will be posted out during the Christmas period from December the 15th 2025 to January 5th 2026. Please note our office hours are between 9am and 5pm.
All our seed are heat-sealed in Aluminium Foil Mylar Vacuum Bags to ensure they remain fresh for as long as possible and sent out in Padded Envelopes. I am strictly Mail Order and have no retail outlet as some people have realised to their disappointment. The sale of all plants and Allium bulbs are restricted to the UK only. Some of our seed may be chemically treated so do take sensible precautions.
We try and respond to all orders as soon as possible. We also accept all major credit and debit cards. Due to increased banking charges, we are unable to accept cheques under the value of £10.00.
