This is a New blanch leek bred by Ivor Mace FNVS, who bred and introduced the initial Welsh Seedling leek with huge success and is still winning with it. This New leek won at the Welsh Championships Show of the National Vegetable Society at St Fagans, Cardiff, in 2025. It was grown by Owain Roberts with three leeks measuring over 9 inches in girth and 18 inches to the button.  Sold in Units of 10 plants in well-protected, strong cardboard boxes to alleviate as much damage as possible through the delivery system. Next-day delivery. Delivery dates will be from late February to mid-March, depending on weather conditions and growth rate.
